CEO & Founder
Ron is the visionary leader behind the Two Maids & A Mop brand. He opened the first Two Maids & A Mop on April Fools' Day in 2003 in Pensacola, FL. Ron's vision back then is the same as today. His dream is to build the largest, fastest growing, most innovative residential cleaning service in America. His story has been documented by CNBC, Fox News, CNN Money, Entrepreneur Magazine, Yahoo News, Forbes, Inc. Magazine and Success Magazine. His constant pursuit of eventually realizing his dream for Two Maids & A Mop to become a national brand is one of the true secrets to our company's success.
Praiss Barron
Operations Director
Praiss is an attorney from a small town in southern Georgia. Like many rural lawyers, he desperately wanted to work for a fast-growing maid service franchise organization. So, he sought out his former college roommate and asked him to do all of the dirty work and then call him when it was time to add an attorney to the corporate office. The roommate obliged by promptly opening a cleaning company in Pensacola. Praiss acknowledged his support of Ron's entrepreneurial vision by opening his own franchise in Alpharetta, GA and then joining the home office as its Operations Director. His penchant for structure, systems and hard work are a perfect match for the delivering the best support for our franchisees.
Jeff Fabian
Director of Financial Performance
Jeff serves as the Director of Franchise Experience for Two Maids & A Mop. As Director of Franchise Experience, Jeff provides operational guidance to franchisees and consults on the development and growth of their business. He is also responsible for ensuring the operational compliance of franchise stores. Prior to joining Two Maids & A Mop, Jeff spent twelve years as owner/operator of two The UPS Store franchises in the Birmingham area. He is a Certified Public Accountant who spent the first twenty years of his career in various roles, serving both manufacturing and service related industries.
Luke Schulte
Director of Franchise Development
Luke Schulte’s focus as Director of Franchise Development is to help prospective franchisees find the right franchise for them and their family. Luke comes to the Two Maids family with experience in the Service sector of Franchising and experience growing small businesses. The Franchise Development discovery process at Two Maids & A Mop is comprehensive and moves budding and seasoned entrepreneurs toward towards their goal, Business Ownership!
Jennifer Cornell
Home Office Administrator
Jennifer Cornell is the Home Office Administrator for Two Maids & A Mop. She has extensive experience in office administration; successfully managing other businesses in the banking and restaurant industries. As the Home Office Administrator, Jennifer is responsible for running the home office smoothly as well as communicating with franchisees. Her primary role is to facilitate the best working relationship with every single franchise owner.
Katie O'Brien
Marketing Coordinator
As the Marketing Coordinator, Katie oversees and supervises all advertising spends for all franchises, provides SEO support to all new and existing franchisees, and provides general support to achieve stated objectives in sales, advertising, and marketing initiatives. Katie primary objective is to generate substantial lead flow for every franchise in the network. In addition, her innovative ideas related to the psychology of the buying decision have proven to create more qualified leads as result of the more focused marketing strategy.
