Franchisee Training Designed for a Strong Start

Our comprehensive franchisee training program is built to prepare you for a successful launch and long-term growth. Every new owner completes a structured pre-opening process that typically spans 75–120 days, with the goal of opening your doors within approximately 90 days of signing your franchise agreement.

As part of your franchisee training, you’ll participate in a combination of up to 10 days of on-the-job and classroom sessions, with 3 days of classroom sessions conducted within our Birmingham, AL office, and 5 days of on-the-job training during grand opening.

Throughout the program, you’ll gain the knowledge and tools needed to confidently operate your business. Your franchisee training covers essential areas such as pre-opening planning, proprietary software systems, lead generation strategies, and proven sales techniques. You’ll also learn formula-based pricing, effective hiring practices, team motivation strategies, and the daily and weekly operations that drive performance.

By the time you launch, you’ll be equipped with a proven playbook, practical experience, and the ongoing support needed to build and grow a successful business.
